Each rounded cup carries reinforcing ridges and decorative steel rivets, with a large V-shaped flange around the rim to deflect incoming blows. A half-rerebrace covers the upper arm while a vambrace guards the forearm below the couter, all closed with full grain leather straps plus a third strap around the elbow to keep everything in place.

Made from mild steel with rolled edges that form ridges around the rims, the design draws on Renaissance armor while remaining fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury pieces, letting you mix and match to customize your character's look.

History

Gothic style historically developed in the 1420-1440s thanks to technological advances

Characterized by the curves, flutes and ridges, which strengthened the armor and deflected projectiles

Disclaimer: Our LARP products are for recreational use only.
