Thick leather, knuckle plates, and shiny brass rivets protect the fingers, while a rigid, sculpted plate covers the back of the hand and a short vambrace guards the wrist.

Colored split leather decorates the steel, and the gauntlet is worn over a leather glove underneath, with finger protection sewn directly onto the glove and a leather strap around the palm to secure the fit. Polished mild steel with rolled edges gives these gauntlets an impressive look that pairs easily with other Epic Armoury armour.

Available in Emperor Red & Gold, Emerald Green & Gold and Epic Black & Gold colors

History

Various forms of gauntlets have been around for millennia, but reached a pinnacle during the early renaissance

Historically used by soldiers and knights and considered an essential piece of armour

Disclaimer: Our LARP products are for recreational use only.
