Its 11 in blade carries a central ridge, protected by a fine wood-like handle and a cross guard shaped like a twisted brass ring. The rounded, brass-colored pommel offers a basic take on a knight's "rondel dagger" — the kind of dagger once used to force between the joints of an enemy's plate armor in close-quarters combat.

Safety was a priority in its construction: the dagger is built around a solid fiberglass core with a flexible Kevlar tip to prevent punctures, and its latex finish needs some maintenance to keep it performing well and keep you safe.

History

The German 'Landsknechts' were feared soldiers on 16th Century battlefields and had a reputation for remorseless violence

It was said that the devil refused to let Landsknechts into hell, because he was so afraid of them

Disclaimer: Our LARP products are for recreational use only.
