Its pommel takes the familiar 'scent-stopper' shape common through the medieval period, and below it a grooved, ergonomic grip wrapped in dark leather echoes the feel of a real blade, fitting equally well for a necromancer or a reanimated corpse. This next-generation build swaps in a 0.4 in fiberglass core wrapped in EVA foam beneath a sturdy latex coat, paired with a low-upkeep polyurethane handle, so the sword outlasts a typical latex LARP weapon without losing any visual impact. It's offered in 85, 100, and 45.3 in lengths.

History

'Draug' comes from Danish and names an undead figure out of Norse mythology

These beings were said to be immensely strong and to guard treasure buried within burial mounds

Legend held that a cruel or greedy person might return from death as a draug

Disclaimer: Our LARP products are for recreational use only.
