Illumine Tassets
Inspired by fantasy elven warriors, Epic Armoury's Illumine Tassets protect the waist and hips in combat with a sleek, elegant silhouette. A pointed crest and curved lines keep it visually striking without sacrificing function.
A leather belt tightens around the waist while the plates adjust for maximum hip coverage. Built from 0.04 in thick mild steel with full-grain leather straps and fittings, the armour is finished with a brass coating for a regal look and holds up for many seasons with regular leather and metal care.
Inspiration
- Designed with a rounded shape to disperse the force of attacks on a chaotic battlefield
- Plate armour became more popular as firearm technology became more prevalent during the 13th century
