Ordering:
All online ordering is though the www.goblinsmith.com website
This creates a record and email trail for payments and details for ease of use.

Payment:
We accept Most forms of online payments and new types are being added all the time.

Special Instructions:
There is a place for notes on the order form if there are any special instructions about your order. In particular if you have a specific date/event you need the order delivered by please let us know so that we can do our best to meet that desire based on the Product availability

Product Availability and delivery times
With the nature of supplies at this time we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in product stock levels, Goblinsmith does however order from more than one warehouse in North America, and some specific items from overseas. If an item cannot be located and shipped in a timely manner we will contact you via Email first , then by phone if we cannot reach you to see what options can be worked out.

Cancelling an Order:
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email  orders@goblinsmith.com

Damaged or Defective Items:
Goblinsmith uses UPS insures on any package we send. If a damaged package is delivered, please take photos and contact us at orders@goblinsmith.com.  Please save the package as UPS requires this for insurance purposes when we contact them.

if in the sad event of a defective item delivery, please take photos and send us a summary and photo to orders@goblinsmith.com and will work out a resolution for you.

Shipping Costs:
Our shopping cart automatically lists UPS costs for the customer address entered.
At this time we only offer UPS Ground shipping.
