Samurai Pants
Modeled on the traditional Japanese hakama, Epic Armoury's Samurai Pants have wide, permanently pleated legs that move freely through combat. Light canvas on the outside and a cotton lining inside keep them durable, and reinforced hems add to their lifespan.
The waist sits high, just below the ribs, held by three heavy cotton canvas cords long enough to tie into decorative knots. As part of the brand's Asian-inspired line, they mix freely with other Epic Armoury garments and armour for a custom look.

History
- The hakama entered Japanese society in the 6th century and inspired this design
- Armoured samurai historically wore hakama as part of their dress
- Both men and women wore the garment until the Meiji period
