Eventide Belt Shield
Drawing on the modern dark elves and the Svartalfar of Norse mythology, Epic Armoury's Eventide Belt Shield covers a spot many builds leave exposed -- the upper hips and waist -- usually protected only by breastplates and leg armour. Steel plates shield the vulnerable area while full-grain leather keeps mobility high, so you can move freely.
The shields attach to a belt by default, though they can be modified relatively easily to tie around the thigh instead if that suits your build better.
