Warrior Complete Armour
Built to fully gear your costume at a lower cost, this Complete Warrior armor set from Epic Armoury is made from mild steel with rolled edges, leather straps, and fittings, tough enough for LARP and reenactment while keeping the wearer safe and comfortable. With regular leather and metal armor care, this set is built to last.
The Warrior Complete Armour Set consists of:
- Warrior Breastplate: a simple low-fantasy piece protecting the front of the torso and abdomen, resting at the hips with a V-shaped flange, or sword turner, that deflects blows away from the weak spot where torso and leg armor meet
- Warrior Backplate: protects the back and spine, sculpted to fit the body for structural strength and polished to a high-gloss, riveted steel finish suited to elven and human knights alike
- Warrior Shoulder Plates: two shoulder guards combining spaulders, pauldrons, and besagues. Five ridged plates, or lames, layer over one another on the spaulders for laminate protection of the upper arms, while besagues (small round convex shields) tie on with leather cords to guard the armpits
- Warrior Upper Legs: two sets of steel plates hang from the hips to cover the outer thighs, with a third, slimmer set covering the groin and inner thighs. A leather belt with suspenders keeps everything in place
- Warrior Arm Protection: rounded metal vambraces with shiny steel rivets, sitting comfortably over the forearm from elbow to wrist
- Warrior Leg Protection: rounded demi-greaves with shiny steel rivets, covering the shins from below the knee to the ankle while leaving room for poleyns over the kneecap, secured with top-grain leather straps below the knee and above the ankle
