Milanese Complete Armour
Drawing on Medieval plate design and low-fantasy styling, this full armour set from Epic Armoury covers the torso, shoulders, hips, and elbows in one package: breastplate, pauldrons, faulds and tassets, and couters. Add a gambeson and the clothing of your choice underneath and your LARP look is complete. Built from 0.04 in mild steel with full-grain leather straps and fittings, it is engineered to take the punishment of LARP and reenactment combat as long as you keep up with routine leather and metal care.
Pieces included in the Milanese Complete Armour:
- Breastplate: sits at the waist, sculpted to follow the body's shape without restricting movement
- Pauldrons: shield the shoulders and much of the upper back, pairing structural rigidity with flexibility through overlapping steel plates
- Faulds and Tassets: cover the waist and hips, areas that often go unprotected
- Couters: a pair of elbow guards with a curved, riveted and welded shelf that catches strikes before they can slide onto the arms
