Dreki Set
Epic Armoury's Dreki Set is an imposing, rugged piece of armor. Overlapping plates, rivets, and a lean silhouette combine to make you feel like a fantasy Norsemen braving harsh wilderness and slaying ancient dragons among snow-covered peaks.
The Dreki Armor set consists of the following pieces:
- The Dreki Cuirass uses overlapping steel plates to form a breastplate with an attached steel backplate, sculpted to fit the body once the leather straps at the shoulders and sides are secured
- The Dreki Pauldrons are a set of pauldrons with shoulder guards and spaulders, robust steel plates protecting the back of your shoulders and upper arm in combat
- The Dreki Armguards are a hybrid between gauntlets and demi-gauntlets, offering comfort and freedom of movement
- The Dreki Greaves cover the front of your lower legs and shin, held secure by upper and lower leather straps and a small steel plate covering the back of the shin, with a brass-covered tip for an additional strap if needed
- The Dreki Belt Shields are a set of tassets that pair with your own leather belt as detachable tassets, robust rust-covered steel plates protecting the front of your thighs while their detachable nature keeps movement unbridled but protected
- The Dreki Helmet, a riveted steel piece, offers strong protection with an angular design for a distinct profile; large eye sockets improve visibility, and the absence of a neck guard allows for freer head movement
The Dreki Armor set comes in two colors, a primary Matte Polish and a secondary Epic Dark, highlighting different aspects of the armor and its Nordic-inspired roots. Made of 0.04 in thick polished mild steel with full grain leather straps and fittings, it's built to withstand LARP or reenactment combat with regular leather and metal care.
