Knightly Armour Set
Steel remains unmatched for historical protective quality, but it brings real downsides too, weight, stiffness, and constant maintenance to fend off rust. Outside of reenactment or SCA combat, most wearers today simply don't need that level of protection.
Epic Armoury's Light Kit Edition Armours are made from polyurea to resemble authentic metallic armor while staying comfortable and practical, built with weight, comfort, and utility in mind.
To the eye, these polyurea pieces are hard to distinguish from real metal, yet they're far more comfortable over long wear, flexing with your body in ways rigid steel can't. Each piece typically weighs a quarter of its steel equivalent, cutting fatigue and speeding up movement. Every piece is hand-painted with a durable acrylic finish for a realistic look, resists rust, and can be worn in any weather, with adjustable full grain leather straps completing the fit.
This armor suits LARP, cosplay, costume parties, or theatre alike.
The Knightly Armour Set consists of following pieces:
- The Knightly Cuirass covers your torso and back, effectively protecting the upper body from enemy attacks
- The Knightly Spaulders are designed to look like overlapping steel plates with a brass edge and decorative rivets
- The Knightly Bracers cover your forearm with a simple, elegant design
- The Knightly Greaves protect your shin without restricting mobility or comfort
- The Knightly Helmet is an open-faced helmet, ideal for those wanting great visibility and airflow
