Arming Sword
Part of Epic Armoury's Stronghold line, the Stronghold Arming Sword is a dependable foam weapon suited to LARP combat, detailed cosplay builds, and ren faire wear alike. It blends a historically grounded silhouette with construction meant to hold up scene after scene, whether you're gearing up for a quest or finishing a medieval costume.
The fullered blade is built from durable EVA foam around a solid fiberglass core, a reinforced combination that adds toughness beyond a standard latex-coated weapon while keeping the same trusted softness for safe contact. To keep the paintwork looking sharp and reduce blade friction during combat, we recommend applying a thin layer of silicone to the surface.
Medieval character runs through every detail, from the crescent-shaped, steel-colored crossguard to the flat pommel. The brown, crisscrossed grip is sculpted from resilient polyurethane and painted to mimic wrapped leather, giving you a secure hold with a period-authentic look — equally fitting for a noble squire or an outlaw swordsman.
Engineered to hold up under the demands of intense LARP scenarios, the Stronghold Arming Sword pairs function with flair. Pick from two lengths and two color options — steel or gold — to match the sword to your character and fighting style.
- Available in Steel Gray and Gold colors

Stronghold Master Collection weapons used for LARP combat should be treated with a coat of Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicon or Protection Gel to protect the blade's paint finish. Even with this protective coating, expect some marking over prolonged use, particularly on the darker tinted finishes.
