Soldier Arm Protection
This handmade set covers the entire outside of the arm in three linked pieces, a half-rerebrace over the upper arm, a vambrace below the elbow, and rounded couters bridging the joint between them. Each is hammered from 0.04 in steel and joined with chrome leather straps and rivets, with a cupped flange on the inside of each elbow cup to catch and deflect incoming strikes.
Rolled rims add a ridge of extra strength along every edge. Three chrome leather straps cinch the pieces to your arm, while canvas ties running through a leather plate fasten the top of the rerebrace to a gambeson. This is one of Epic Armoury's hardest-wearing arm sets: keep the steel and leather maintained and it will see years of use.
