Broad Knife
The Epic Armoury Broad Knife carries a 3.7 in blade and a 2.6 in polyurethane handle painted to look like soft wood, making it a good fit for rogues and resourceful soldiers alike. Its low-fantasy styling means it pairs easily with most other Epic Armoury products and characters — treat it as a weapon or a makeshift surgical tool, whatever your story calls for.
It's made from coreless, durable closed cell foam and finished with a strong coating, so you can count on this throwing knife for safety and staying power in your kit.
- Available in Dark, Gold and Steel colors
History
- Designed to resemble a "balanced knife," the style preferred by most Western traditions
- Knife throwing began as a martial arts and hunting skill before becoming a sport
- It was always considered risky in martial arts — a failed throw left the thrower unarmed while handing a weapon to the opponent
