Mutant
Epic Armoury's Mutant Skin mask imagines a man's face after catastrophic radiation exposure — misshapen features, boils, and hollow, dark eye sockets sculpted into a full-face piece that's equal parts terrifying and believable. Textured skin and hand-painted detailing round out the effect.
The mask covers your face and chin and moves naturally with your jaw. It's built from thick, 100% natural high-quality latex for durability and long-term reuse, cut as a large fit with plenty of room to breathe comfortably during extended wear. Change up the look from event to event with Epic Effects Water Based Makeup.
Inspiration
- Mutation occurs when the DNA of an organism is changed, a process that can be caused by evolution, cancer, etc.
- Chemicals that induce mutations are called mutagens, most of which are considered to be carcinogens
- Mutants are represented in a lot of science-fiction and fantasy such as in Marvel's X-Men comics and Bethesda's Fallout games.
