Demon Slayer - 33.5 in
Epic Armoury's Demon Slayer is a solid latex mace built for the vigilant fighter ridding the world of unnatural threats. Eight narrow, jagged flanges -- each about 12.6 in long -- surround the head, hand-painted for a realistic matte steel finish that carries through to the haft. A 6.3 in handle wrapped in chrome-tanned suede leather offers a solid grip, connecting to a sculpted pommel that matches the head.
Built from durable closed cell foam around a fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, it delivers the safety and appeal you want for your kit.
History
- Flange would have been designed to penetrate armor
- Maces were first designed to cause harm without penetrating armor due to the force of their blows
- Commonly made of iron, but also occasionally copper and bronze
