Noble Leather Gorget
Slide this Epic Armoury gorget over your head and let it settle across the shoulders, and you've got thorax and shoulder coverage molded to sit naturally on the body. Layers of overlapping leather stack up for extra coverage, while scalloped edges and a velvet lining lend it a noble, refined look well suited to the battlefield. Brass knobs positioned along the neckline and under the collarbone are there to clip on the matching Noble Bevor when you want the full set.
Thick, hardened full-grain leather paired with 100% cotton velvet gives this piece the toughness to survive repeated LARP or reenactment wear, provided you keep the leather conditioned. For maximum battlefield protection, add the separately sold Noble Bevor.

History
- Smaller early gorgets were worn beneath breastplate and backplate to help bear the load of heavier plate armor
