Celtic Lamellar
The Celtic Lamellar from Epic Armoury is a leather cuirass built to guard the torso with a reinforced breastplate and a stiff backplate. Overlapping, vegetable-tanned full grain leather panels are shaped to flex with the body while deflecting blows, and the piece is finished with golden runic stamps and sturdy leather cord stitching. Three long leather straps and brass buckles at the flanks join the front to the backplate and let you fine-tune the fit.
Rooted in Gaelic tradition, this cuirass suits fleet-footed soldiers and skirmishers particularly well, though its style reaches beyond a strictly Celtic setting to fit a wide range of worlds and characters. It's fully compatible with other Epic Armoury leather and metal armor pieces.
