Full Scabbard Dagger
Epic Armoury's Full Scabbard Dagger is a leather sheath that shields your weapon from the elements while keeping it close at hand. This 13 in scabbard accommodates a weapon up to 2.8 in wide, and soft polyester-wool padding protects your weapon while making it easy to draw.
Loop this Full Scabbard Dagger onto your belt through its belt loops to equip any character, especially a well-armed rogue; one loop runs longer than the other so the scabbard sits at a comfortable angle. Vegetable tanned full-grain leather and a hardened leather tip protect your weapon, keeping this holder in shape through LARP abuse with regular leather care.
- Available in Epic Black and Ox Brown colors
- Comes in right-handed version
History
- Historically made from a variety of materials, including leather, wood, and metal
- Typically worn suspended from the belt or a baldric
- Protected the sword's sharpened edge from dulling or accidentally injuring the wearer
