Bevor
Epic Armoury's Bevor is handmade armor built to protect the face and neck, inspired by traditional armor of the medieval period. Sculpted to sit comfortably around the neck and rest on the shoulders, it delivers as much protection as you're likely to need on the battlefield. Overlapping plates allow some flexibility, and it pairs easily with other Epic Armoury helmets and body armour for a complete look.
A leather strap tightens across the back of the neck to secure the Bevor, adjusted so the chin rests comfortably against the interior security bar. Made of polished 0.04 in thick mild steel with full grain leather straps, this piece is built to withstand LARP or reenactment abuse with regular leather and metal armor care.

- Typically worn with a sallet or burgonet in order to protect the entire head and neck
- Used during jousting tournaments
- Bevor is a term also used for the hinged plate protecting the lower face and throat in a closed helm
