Milanese Pauldrons
This Polished Steel pair sits over the shoulders, covering the upper arms and a good stretch of the upper back with low-fantasy styling. Curved plates add strength while overlapping sections preserve mobility, and the design is asymmetrical, the left pauldron carries an extra vertical plate to guard the head from glancing hits.
A beveled top plate helps turn away attacks, and a chain pin offers a spot to mount an insignia. Canvas ties fasten the set to a breastplate or gambeson, while leather straps cinch around the upper arms. Compatible with Epic Armoury's Milanese Armour and other metal pieces from the brand, this armor is built from 0.04 in mild steel with full-grain leather fittings, tough enough for regular LARP or reenactment wear with proper care.
- Available in Polished Steel and Epic Dark colors
