Soldier Shoulders
Epic Armoury's Soldier Shoulder is a set of two shoulder guards combining spaulders and pauldrons. The spaulder is a single plate shaped to protect the upper arm, while the large pauldrons -- also single plates -- curve to sit over the shoulders and overlap the breastplate, adding extra protection to the otherwise vulnerable armpit. Leather straps around the biceps and shoulder tie to a breast- and backplate with an adjustable leather shoulder piece. Epic Armoury breast- and backplates are sold separately and come with fittings for mounting the shoulders.
The Soldiers Shoulder carries a neutral, simple style that pairs easily with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character's costume. Made of 0.04 in thick mild steel with chrome leather straps and fittings, this piece is built to withstand LARP or reenactment abuse with regular leather and metal armor care.
