Shoulder Plates Warrior
Epic Armoury's Warrior Shoulder Plates are a set of two shoulder guards combining spaulders, pauldrons, and besagues. Five ridged metal plates, or lames, overlay one another on the spaulder for laminate upper-arm protection, while besagues (small round convex metal shields) tied on with leather cords add further armpit coverage. Leather straps around the biceps and at the shoulder blade fasten the shoulderplates to a breast- and backplate. Epic Armoury breast- and backplates are sold separately and come with fittings for mounting the shoulders.
Neutral in style, the Warrior Shoulderplates work just as well with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character's costume. Made of 0.04 in thick mild steel with leather straps and fittings, this piece is built to withstand LARP or reenactment abuse with regular leather and metal armor care.
