Shoulder Plates Giant Warrior
Epic Armoury's Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior is a set of two shoulder guards built to protect the shoulder joints and upper arm. Overlapping metal plates provide complete laminate protection, while a large pauldron overlays the spaulders for extra joint and armpit protection. A vertical sword-breaker plate atop the pauldron catches and deflects blows before they reach the head -- slightly concave and set higher at the back than the front, it protects without blocking vision. Though designed to match Epic Armoury's Warrior set, it's fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury armors for complete character customization.
Tighten the top leather strap onto a breast- or neck-plate to secure the Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior comfortably over the shoulder, then add an upper arm strap to keep it fully in place. Made of 0.04 in thick mild steel with leather straps and fittings, this piece is built to withstand LARP or reenactment abuse with regular leather and metal armor care.
