Breast Plate Dark Drake
The Dark Drake Breastplate guards the chest and abdomen with a finely sculpted, body-hugging shape from Epic Armoury that reinforces the galvanized steel while decorating it to resemble reptilian scales. At the hips, a V-shaped flange, or sword turner, deflects blows away from the vulnerable seam between torso and leg armor. Epic Armoury's Epic Dark Metal coat gives the rolled mild steel a rugged, antique finish.
Built to match the rest of the Dark Drake Armour Set, this breastplate is equally at home with any other Epic Armoury metal piece, letting you customize your look. Made of 0.04 in thick galvanized mild steel with full grain leather straps and fittings, it's designed to endure LARP and reenactment combat with routine leather and metal care.
