Merc Light Armour
Epic Armoury's Merc Light Armour is a leather-and-steel cuirass covering the front of the torso. The breastplate wraps around the neck and slopes back along the rib cage to guard beneath the arms, with its lower edge curved over the sternum to protect bone while still allowing plenty of waist flexibility. Brown leather straps hold the steel plate, anchored to a large steel ring behind the shoulder blades, a design that adapts well to varied body shapes and torso lengths.
Sturdy steel pins secure the shoulder straps to the breastplate, so the armor goes on and comes off without any assistance needed. Pair it with other Epic Armoury metal products to customize your costume. It's made of 0.04 in thick mild steel with full-grain leather straps and fittings, built to withstand LARP or reenactment combat with regular leather and metal care.
