Raider Armour
Epic Armoury's Raider Armour is a worn, rugged piece guarding the front and back of the torso and abdomen. A solid steel breastplate joins an attached leather backplate, and the whole piece is sculpted to fit the body once you've secured the leather straps at the shoulders and around the ribcage. Epic Armoury's Epic Dark Metal treatment, along with a speckled brown coat, gives the riveted steel a rusted, well-used look.
Leather straps and antique-finished metal rings on the front let you hang trophies from the armor, while the backplate's riveted metal plate flexes with movement and looks eerily like a beast's hide. It's made of 0.04 in thick galvanized mild steel with top-grain leather straps and fittings, built to withstand LARP or reenactment combat with regular leather and metal care.

- Based on orc costuming; orcs' earliest references appear in Old English and Anglo-Saxon sources such as Beowulf, as well as 16th century Italian folktales
