Royal Captain Chainmail
For those who want their mail to make a statement, Epic Armoury's Royal Captain Chainmail brings a touch of flamboyance to medieval armor. This hauberk is built entirely from flat, riveted steel rings, with round rivets locking each ring into the traditional 4-in-1 pattern for the kind of durability LARP combat demands. The coat falls to roughly mid-thigh and opens down the front like a jacket, secured with leather straps and sturdy buckles rather than needing to be pulled over the head.
Long sleeves and a hand-stitched leather trim along every edge give this chainmail the look of a showpiece, equally at home at historical reenactments, fairs, or on the LARP battlefield. For the best fit and comfort, wear a gambeson underneath before heading into roleplay combat.
