Viking Leg Protection
Modeled on ancient splint armor, this set of greaves from Epic Armoury looks more delicate than it actually is. Worn over clothing or leather, vertical strips of steel shield the shins effectively while keeping movement free and unencumbered.
Three leather straps per greave hold everything in place, with 0.04 in mild steel and leather fittings built to handle the wear of LARP or reenactment use, provided you keep up with normal leather and metal care.
