Hood Basic
Epic Armoury's Basic Hood combines a short mantle with a long hood tail, covering the shoulders while the roomy hood can be pulled down to hide part of the face. Medium canvas construction keeps it lightweight, protecting from the elements without trapping too much heat.
Slip it over your head for an easy, comfortable fit. Hoods make a great finishing layer for any look, and the Basic Hood is a traditional piece that suits a wide variety of character types.

History
Few garments are older than the hood. It was a staple of medieval European dress, worn by people of every social rank in an enormous range of shapes and styles.
