Orc Buckler 15x9.8 in
Strapped to the forearm, this small latex shield channels the brutal aesthetic of orcs and other monstrous creatures, use it to block incoming strikes, or simply shove annoying goblin-types out of your path. Its elongated, rounded-corner shape looks battered on purpose, covered in dents, scratches, and a scatter of gold rivet detail across the front. Two sturdy, buckle-adjustable bands secure it against the underside of the arm.
Built from hard EVA foam under a latex shell, Epic Armoury's Orc Buckler takes ongoing abuse in stride with basic maintenance. It pairs naturally with other Epic Armoury weapons like the Orc Cleaver, though its rough-hewn look suits trolls, ogre barbarians, necromancers, and plenty of other characters just as well.
And if defense is not enough, it doubles nicely as something to crack over an opponent's skull.

Inspiration
- Orcs first appear in Old English and Anglo-Saxon sources, including Beowulf, and later in 16th-century Italian folktales
- The name traces back to Orcus, the Latin name for the Roman god of the dead
- J.R.R. Tolkien's 20th-century Lord of the Rings cemented orcs as brutish, aggressive beings with an appetite for human flesh
