Blocking Dagger
Built for speed rather than brute force, Epic Armoury's Blocking Dagger is a 21.7 in off-hand weapon designed for close-range work: parrying, closing distance, and pushing back an opponent who's gotten too close.
It uses Epic Armoury's Vanguard construction - a soft PU foam blade paired with an abuse-resistant PU foam hilt - but with an added stiff core running through the center. That extra stiffness sharpens your feedback while parrying and gives blocks a bit more bite, which matters if you fight with off-hand techniques or a technical style.
The shape stays deliberately simple: a straight crossguard and a polished steel-colored blade that suit fantasy, low-fantasy, or post-apocalyptic settings alike. Choose a black grip for a sleek, vintage look, or a light wood grip for extra flair.
Compact enough to ride quietly on a belt yet ready the instant you draw it, this is a genuine combat tool for duelists, rogues, and soldiers who want an edge in tight quarters. Because it's foam rather than steel, you can fight up close with confidence - and the stiffened core still gives you that satisfying sense of contact.
