Celtic Lamellar - Suede
Epic Armoury's Celtic Lamellar is a suede cuirass built around a reinforced suede breastplate and stiff backplate, made from overlapping pieces of chrome tanned suede leather shaped to deflect blows while staying flexible. Golden runic stamps and sturdy suede cord stitching decorate the piece, and three long suede straps with brass buckles adjust the fit at the flanks, joining front and back into one strong breastplate.
Rooted in Gaelic tradition, this Celtic Lamellar suits fleet-footed soldiers and skirmishers especially well, and it is fully compatible with other Epic Armoury suede and metal armor pieces. While designed with a Celtic setting in mind, its style works across a broad range of worlds and characters, leaving room to build your own unique look.
