RFB Horsebow - L
Modeled after the composite bows carried by Mongolian horse riders of the 1200s and 1300s, the Ready for Battle Horsebow is a realistic 46.9 in bow with a fiberglass core wrapped in soft suede. Its 24-26 lb. draw weight keeps it durable without so much force that it risks injuring an opponent, and the leather grip adds both a stylish look and better hold.
Being handmade, it may not be perfectly smooth and can carry some loose fiberglass strands that should be trimmed before use. The bowstring, also handmade, can have loose strands as well — these can be trimmed and sealed with a controlled flame, taking care not to overdo it. A string is included. For a bow without any strands, the sanded-down RFB Horsebow Deluxe is the alternative to check out.
Draw weight measures 24-26 lbs at a 28" shaft, though as a natural-materials product it can vary by +/- 3 lb, and appearance can vary similarly.
- Comes in Epic Black & Light Wood colors
- Has a draw weight of 24-26 lbs
